“This bird came from the AZTECAS and represents the Power of the warrior. Each one of us has this bird inside.
Sometimes the bird seems to be small and weak. Sometimes the bird is a kind of sleepy. And sometimes, the bird is in a cage, suffering.
Now is time to understand his power, to size him up. It is time to wake him up.
He is a bird of prey. He can see beyond. It is time to realize that and make him free.
It is time to spread his wings so he can really fly away.”
